Please note we are currently away from the studio from the 24th of November until the 1st of December. All orders placed in this time will be posted when we return on the 2nd of Dec.
PRE-CHRISTMAS DELIVERY
Please note: Orders must be placed before the 7th of December 2024 for Standard delivery. After the 7th of December Express Post must be selected upon checkout to ensure your parcels are delivered in time for Christmas. Please be aware that any orders placed after the 13th of December cannot be guaranteed of a Pre-Christmas delivery.
Click and Collect will be available until the 20th of December 2024 from our Frankston (VIC) Studio. Shop 47 Kareela Road, Frankston.
We do offer countless "Click & Collect" from our Frankston studio, by appointment Monday-Friday.

Postage costs are calculated on checkout and will vary depending on quantities.
Orders will be delivered via courier or Australia Post, at the discretion of Koa by Kaitlin, and may require a signature on delivery. Delivery times will differ depending on the size of the purchase and the delivery location.
Koa by Kaitlin will endeavour to pack your order and deliver it to the freight carrier as soon as possible, preferably within 2-4 business days of receipt of your order. Where this is not possible, Koa by Kaitlin will contact you with a revised estimate of delivery. Please note, during sales /busy times, there may be some slight delays. Please allow 4-10 business days for delivery.
Once your order has been delivered to the freight carrier, your order cannot be cancelled.
Please ensure that you provide your delivery details accurately, as any costs incurred by Koa by Kaitlin due to an incorrect delivery address being provided by you will be your sole responsibility.
Store inventory is controlled automatically, and while Koa by Kaitlin endeavours to keep this as accurate as possible, due to unforeseen circumstances, the product you have purchased may be unavailable. If this occurs, Koa by Kaitlin will contact you as soon as possible to advise of an approximate delivery date by which your order can be made and delivered. Alternatively, where this situation arises you may choose an alternative product, or to have the Purchase Price refunded in full (including shipping costs).
